martoto Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document governs the relationship between martoto and every user who accesses the platform's services. Please read all terms carefully before registering an account or making any transaction.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using martoto services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement is legally binding between you as the user and martoto as the platform operator.
martoto services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 years and above. By registering and using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use any services provided by martoto.
martoto reserves the right to modify, update, or add to these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and will take effect from the specified date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the martoto platform. Creating multiple accounts, using a false identity, or providing inaccurate information during registration is a serious violation that may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. martoto will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately and change your password as soon as possible.
Identity verification must be completed before a user can make a withdrawal. Required documents include a valid government-issued ID. martoto reserves the right to request additional verification at any time in accordance with operational needs and applicable compliance requirements.
Accounts found to be using bots, automated scripts, or other illegitimate methods to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system will be blocked without prior notice, and all balances may be reduced or removed.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users must use the martoto platform solely for legitimate entertainment purposes and in accordance with applicable terms. Any misuse of the service, including fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of martoto services does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. The platform does not guarantee that use of its services complies with the laws of every jurisdiction. Users bear all legal risks arising from their use of the platform in their respective locations.
Users are prohibited from using any content, trademarks, or materials from the martoto platform without prior written permission. Users are also prohibited from attempting to hack the system, manipulate software, or exploit any bugs discovered. If a system vulnerability is found, users are required to report it to the support team.
4. Transactions & Payments in IDR
All transactions on the martoto platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users can make deposits through a variety of supported local payment methods, including bank transfers and digital wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the selected method and the user's membership tier.
Withdrawal requests will be processed once the user's identity verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and current verification conditions — generally ranging from a few minutes to one business day (estimated, subject to verification). martoto is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or third-party digital wallet providers.
Bonuses and promotions credited to an account are subject to applicable rollover requirements. Users must meet these requirements before withdrawing funds derived from bonuses. Rollover requirement details for each bonus will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. Bonus balances obtained through illegitimate means will be voided.
martoto reserves the right to hold or freeze funds if there are indications of suspicious activity, transaction disputes, or terms violations requiring further investigation. Users will be notified if this occurs.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
martoto provides its platform services "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from technical errors. The platform is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, server downtime, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the operations team.
Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry the risk of financial loss. martoto is not responsible for any losses incurred by users as a result of their betting decisions. The platform provides entertainment only and does not guarantee the outcome of any game or bet.
martoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if they are found to have violated the terms of use, committed fraud, or engaged in behavior that is harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of account closure due to a violation, balances associated with the violating activity may be reduced or removed in accordance with applicable policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the martoto platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the property of martoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users do not acquire any ownership rights over such content simply by accessing or using the platform.
Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from platform content without prior written permission from martoto. Using the martoto trademark or name for commercial purposes without authorization is a violation that may be pursued through legal action.
7. Third-Party Links & Governing Law
The martoto platform may contain links to third-party services or content that are outside our control. martoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the platform's operational jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through the mechanism established by the relevant authorities.
